Solomon International School was established in 1994. Since then, 100% of our domestic and international graduates have been admitted to quality four-year universities.
Mission Statement
Solomon International School was established in the United States to help national and international students make a smooth transition into the American higher educational system and culture. Our goal is to equip each student with the skills that they need to succeed wherever they decide to go. We understand that beyond the admissions process, there are many challenges awaiting the student; language barriers and differences among educational cultures and backgrounds can prevent even the best student from living up to his or her potential. Our staff and faculty are familiar with the complexities each student can face, and their help can be the difference between success or failure at an institution of higher learning.
At Solomon International School, we are dedicated to providing a challenging curriculum to thoroughly prepare our students for college level studies, and fostering a lifelong love for learning. We recognize that students today face a daunting task in understanding our complex world. This is especially true with international students who may not be as fluent with the English language. Even with the best of intentions, students without a proper support network often experience loneliness and lack confidence, self-esteem and motivation. Each program at Solomon International School is aimed towards helping students become comfortable learning and in being learners.
statement of faith
God is perfect in love and righteous in all His ways, and has revealed Himself in the three persons of the Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
All the Old and New Testament books of Scripture, given by divine inspiration, are the written word of God, the only infallible rule of faith and practice.
God freely created the world by His Word and for His Glory. He made man and woman in His own image, as the crown of creation, that they might have fellowship with Him. Tempted by Satan, they rebelled against God and became separated from Him. Apart from grace, humankind is incapable of returning to God.
The only Mediator between God and humankind is Christ Jesus our Lord, the incarnate Word and God’s eternal Son. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, and fully shared and fulfilled our humanity in a life of perfect obedience to the Father. By His sacrificial death in our place, He removed our guilt and reconciled us to God. Having redeemed us from sin, He rose bodily from the dead, victorious over death, and ascended into heaven where He now sits at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty.
God’s redemptive work will be completed by the return of Christ to raise the dead, both the saved and the lost, and to establish His glorious kingdom. The wicked will be separated from God’s presence forever, but the righteous, in glorious bodies, will live and reign with Him forever.
The Holy Spirit dwells in believers and renews our hearts, persuading us to repent of our sins and confess Jesus as Lord.
